private dock friendly front desk big room fast email
I found this place provided a private dock and this was great for water taxi arrival. The front desk was super friendly, this made check-in easy. My room was big and so clean, and I really liked the balcony. They answered my emails fast before I came and this was awesome!
I did feel like the hot food selection needs improvements during the breakfast service. The options felt slightly limited.

The room included a stylish Murano glass and there were comfortable chairs. The beds had soft linens with great pillows, this created a restful sleep environment. The bathroom was spacious and modern and featured premium toiletries.

The location provided easy access to famous boutiques. Harry's Bar was right next door, they invented the Bellini there. The hotel faces the Grand Canal and this made it super convenient. San Marco water bus stop was very near.

I found the breakfast buffet had a lovely selection. Dinner service provides perfect service and a diverse menu. The terrace offers a fine view, this enhanced the dining experience. It was definitely very tasty.

The staff members were very helpful and polite, providing excellent support. The concierge was knowledgeable and efficient, this assisted with all my needs. The bell staff handled luggage quickly and carefully and this ensured a smooth arrival. The entire service was great.

adequate stay, some disappointments
room temperature lack of amenities
the hotel is in a good location near the grand canal. the room had a nice balcony.
I found some issues . i couldn't control the room temperature, frustrating. the lack of complimentary coffee or water in the room was also disappointing, especially considering the room rate. I expected more.
